Gen. Sedky Sobhy, general commander of the Egyptian armed forces, offered his sincere condolences for the victims of the recent terrorist incidents in France, describing them as cowardly acts.
It's worth mentioning that Sobhy had phoned his French counterpart on Thursday to offer both condolences and support for the French army in its war against terrorism.
