Police have arrested a number of Copts in the village Nazlet Ebid and Muslims of nearby villages after the sectarian clashes erupted among students in these villages, in which they used white weapons.
The clashes started after the students took exams in the Minya secondary industrial school.
Police were reported and the matter is still under investigation.
