Abba Benjamin, Bishop of Menofia, denounced the burning of a Coptic young man alive in Menofia, and told Copts United that Paula Mansour was a good-hearted person who decided to work in his young age in order to be able to provide for his family after his father became too sick. But, terrorists decided to burn him alive in the restaurant where he works. Bishop of Menofia denounced the increasing violence in Egypt which used to be rejected in Egypt for a long time.
He added that faith should be a turning point in that account whether for the victims and their families that receive comfort from God in their calamity, or for the perpetrators who should consider their eternal life and repent. We should love one another in order to live together in peace, he added.
