Sheikh Ismail Saghir, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf, warned against electoral campaigning in mosques as they should stay for worship only.
He added that violations to such strict orders will be followed by punishments.
He added that clergy should follow such orders and never mobilize people to vote for certain candidates.
