Hani Dawa, adviser to the Mufti, said that Ibn Taymiyyah is not Sheikh of Islam and his fatwas incited against non-Muslims, which is being embraced by fanatics and terrorists across the history.
One of his fatwas is being considered a reason to attack any city by the terrorists.
