Administrative Court is scheduled to consider the appeal of dual citizenship tomorrow, after the law of elections prevented dual citizenship from running in the parliamentary elections.
Michael Mounir, Coptic activist, said that the election law was proven unconstitutional and was already nullified by the Supreme Constitutional Court.
Monir told Copts United that the law only permitted the Egyptians who have been working abroad for more than ten years without obtaining the citizenship of other country to run in the parliamentary elections. Yet, prevented people with dual citizenship.
