Nader Bakkar, spokesperson of al-Nour ultra conservative party, said that being infidel is a description rather than an insult to non-Muslims.
He added that Copts are indeed infidels, but should not be killed accordingly.
On the other hand, Bakkar denounced the bloody practices of ISIS including killing and burning the nonbelievers.
