Sisi: Egypt needs US$200 to 300 billion to advance
President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said at the Economic Summit that Egypt needs 200 to 300 billion dollars to advance, calling on developed countries to invest in Egypt.

He added that the summit would be held every year until the country's economic condition improves. “We will work on this from now on,” he said. “Sharm el-Sheikh will be more beautiful when you see it next year.”

According to Investment Minister Ashraf Salman, Egypt has signed investment agreements worth $15 billion, operation agreements worth $18 billion, $5.2 billion worth of loans and grants, memorandums of understanding for $92 billion, and an agreement regarding the new administrative capital for $45 billion.
