Double Standards
Sharm El Sheikh - Prince Saud al-Faisal CONFIRMED

Confirmed Prince Saud al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, Russia is part of the suffering of the Syrian people, pointing out that Russia proposes a peaceful solution despite the continued arming of the Syrian regime. He said al-Faisal, in his speech at the conclusion of the activities of the Arab Summit 26, which kicked off in Sharm El Sheikh Yesterday; the Syrian regime has lost its legitimacy!!!

In this issue I would like to ask him on which basis he becomes the judge of legitimacy giving it to people and taking it off other people? Why the Yemen regime that fled the country is still the legitimate one getting all support from political to strategic and even force, air strikes, and fights!

Let me re-iterate in Yemen two fighting forces for power and control, turned sour and one force -the Houthy tribe- that is part of Yemen people seeking control while other Yemen people refuse it -just like Syria and ruling Assad and the opposition- one party the Houthies backed up by foreign powers got the upper hand, and this reminds me with the civilian war in Lebanon years ago; However the Yemen fled president who asked for help got all possible help that is categorically denied for Syrian regime! Let aside that, what about Libya that is fighting Terrorism and we all request to remove the weapon restriction of United Nations issued upon Kuddafi regime and still on facing un-armed the heavily armed ISIS? This is legitimate request but Assad's Regime should stay un-armed facing the very same ISIS!

Arab League and Arab Defence treaty

This was to the best of my ability translation from the original at .wikipedia in Arabic!

In conclusion

I know this treaty always existed but upon the long term Lebanon civil war we never heard of any defence when Lebanon was being invaded by Hezbollah that said it clearly “We are Iran in Lebanon and Lebanon in Iran”; this common defence never defended Kuwait upon the Iraqi invasion and was the 1st nail in Saddam's coffin!

I wonder, when we will stop having double standards in our judgements when it comes to fighting terrorism we back up the wrong side, it is not a matter of politics and interests it is the double standards we try to use to make excuses for our mistakes.

May God help us to overcome the love or power with the power of love and keep blessing Egypt and Egyptians! Peace be with you all.
