A conscript was wounded by a gunshot on Monday morning at a checkpoint in Rafah, North Sinai.
Karam Abdo Abdel Shafi, 23, was on watch in the al-Barahma checkpoint on the Egyptian border with the Gaza Strip. He was taken to the military hospital in Arish.
