Egypt’s Ministry of Interior announced today that three terrorist elements tried to pass the security cordon to enter the Temple of Karnak in Luxor, using firearms and explosive materials.It added that the security forces confronted them immediately, and dealt with them and thwarted their attempt.
This has resulted in the deaths of two terrorist elements, one of them was the suicide operation commander and the second dead by wounding shot in the head.
The incident did not result in injuries among the visitors but caused injuring a worker who transferred hospital for treatment.
