President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, the Egyptian president, appreciates the importance of the Egyptian communities and this was shown in most of his visits abroad.  He met with Egyptian communities abroad like he did with the Egyptian community in Germany, which lasted for more than an hour.

President al-Sisi is indeed seeking to exploit potentials and energies of eight million people whom live abroad and therefore he wants to send them several messages, which we will monitor in this article.

He aims to set a Ministry for 8 million Egyptians according to the computation of Egyptian General Authority of Information and also according to census of Egypt publication in 2014. The first message is that president al-Sisi always seeks to clarify the fact of events about Egypt for Egyptian residents abroad, in order to be a mean for clarifying facts to communities in which they live, such as what Sisi asked in his last meeting with the Egyptian community in Germany inviting them to explain the current developments in Egypt to the countries where they live, because when he arrived Germany, he found that the right image were not complete.

Second message, he asked them to be ambassadors for their country and responsible for transferring its image and civilization and to deliver it as a message for all over the world, and also they have to make it clear that" the Egyptians are able to demonstrate their will and this was shown in the implementation of the giant projects like the new Suez Canal project and achieving it in a record time, and this what Sisi said to the Egyptian community abroad.

Fourth message, he called them to spend their vacations in Egypt to support the Egyptian economy rather than spending it in other European countries, adding that if about 20% or 30% of the Egyptian communities spend their holidays in Egypt, they will contribute in supporting the Egyptian economy.

The fifth message was during his visit to Ethiopia in his  meeting with Egyptian businessmen in Addis Ababa and he explained to them what was common  between the two countries, pointing out that they agreed to upgrade the level of the Joint Commission among the two countries to reach the summit level, and stressed that leaders cooperation will contribute effectively to overcome years which lacked relations and the launch of a new era of friendship and fruitful cooperation, pointing to the importance of the development of transport routes between the two countries.
