Hisham Barakat, the Attorney General, decided to refer Dr. Mohamed Emara to the Supreme State Security Prosecution after Lawsuit was filed by the lawyer Naguib Gabriel accusing him of insulting the Christian religion.
He added that it is expected that the investigation with Amara starts at the beginning of next week, explaining that he attached copy of Amara's book in which he insults the Christian religion and that Islam came due to the weakness of Christianity that he described as “the failed religion” according to his description in his book which was released in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif magazine.
