Abba Raphael, secretary of the Holy Synod and Bishop of Churches central Cairo, said that there is no moderation in the basics of Christianity, nor prejudice to the words of the Bible that assures that there is no divorce except in cases of adultery.He assured that the church canceled the law number 38, which was imposed on the Coptic church by the state, and it was canceled during the reign of Pope Shenouda III and if anyone wants to remarry against the bible, he or she has to abandon the Coptic Orthodox Church and her faith.
