International Coptic Union condemned the terrorist bombings that occurred today in Egypt, which killed the Egyptian General Attorney, Hisham Barakat, and also bombing the bus of roads and bridges company in Sheikh Zuid, which led to the death of many citizens and injuring others, in addition of causing many damages in public and private property.
Kamal Abdel Nour, chairman of International Coptic Union, offered his sincere condolences to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi President of the Republic and all Egyptian for the martyrs.
He assured the importance of arresting those responsible for the bombings and bring them to trial and tighten security on the churches, mosques and public property in the coming period, especially in Upper Egypt to avoid terrorist plans to spread sectarian strife to disrupt the process of reform.
