Last Wednesday was a day of glory and pride for heroes of the Egyptian armed forces. It was the day of tournament and martyrdom, as our brave soldiers were able to foil schemes of intelligence agencies of America, Turkey, Iran and Qatar. They planned, trained, armed, equipped, prepared, funded and supported tens of hundreds of terrorists and mercenaries of various nationalities.
Meanwhile, those enemies succeed to carry out their plans in adjacentArab countries! They spread several trained criminals under the leadership of "Supporters of Jerusalem" terrorist organization that has just announced their Islamic Emirate of Sinai. Those terrorists and mercenaries found the best soldiers all over the world in Egypt. Our soldiers were ready as always to confront them, willing to sacrifice even their souls, in order to save their homeland.
Last Wednesday was the day of the tournament, when Egyptian army gave those terrorists and their international conspirators a great lesson that cost them a lot of lives and money.
Therefore, military spokesman Mohammed Samir announced that Sinai is under the full control of the Egyptian armed forces. This phrase, which included just few words cost our army lots of blood, effort, and sacrifice.
At the time of this victory, the Egyptian press and media revealed their ugly faces of treason and false masks of Egyptians who support the enemy instead of supporting their own homeland and armed forces.
They supported the enemy's conspirators with their writings and TV shows along with Qatari channels aiming to spread false information about the battle in Sinai.
For this reason, I invited all Egyptians not to trust announcements except those issued by the official spokesman of the Egyptian armed forces.
Countries all over the world appoint a military sergeant to watch over what is being published about military affairs during the time of wars. Indeed, Egypt has to do the same as soon as possible since we are facing a fierce war against terrorism.
Down all agents of media and press, and long live Egypt and her armed forces.
