Father Arminius, priest of Virgin Mary Church in Luxor, said that the Church decided to cancel the breakfast party, which is held by the church every year in the month of Ramadan, to announce a state of mourn for the attacks against Egyptian police and army in Sinai.
He explained that the church had decided to make a national unity breakfast to gather prominent personalities of Muslims and Copts with the presence of Mohammed Badr, governor of Luxor, during the holy month of Ramadan.
