CAIRO - A Cairo-based lawyer has filed a law suit against the Ministers of Finance, Agriculture and Trade and Industry accusing them of being the main cause of a crucial wheat shortage that created new worries about food sufficiency in the country.
Nazaar Ghorab told Al-Msayea newspaper that the three ministers were behind a sharp drop in wheat imports this summer that would lead to a bread shortage.
He called on the Government to buy enough wheat on the world market to solve problem.
