The last visit to the president Sisi to Rusha is absolutely dramatic change in Egyptian foreign policy. Sisi visited Rusha 3 times in about 2 Years which give us a clear indication that Egypt is no longer keen only on its relation with US and neglect other historical allies.
No one can deny that president Al-Sisi has a view and a plan for the Egyptian foreign Policy. That plan depends on Independency in Egyptian Policy and not accepting any pressure especially from the United States. After 30 years from being sub-ordinate to the united states now Al-Sisi adopt different approach in the Egyptian foreign policy.
Many people might ask what this policy will lead us to. Or what Egypt will get from being ally to Rusha? Especially that Rusha has a lot of problems internal and external like its problem with Ukraine.
Having said that, nobody can deny that Russia is still one of the most powerful countries regarding military and natural resources. President Al-Sisi is a different president and we have to encourage this new policy because Egypt doesn’t deserve to be sup-ordinate to any country. Egypt has a big potential and we need only to know how to use everything beautiful in this country.
Every Egyptian needs to change his policy as well to be Independent to work and to do his best to improve his life and Egypt’s life. Being independent is the first step to be able to make your own decisions. President Al-Sisi inspire the young Generation when they see their president trying to build a new country based on respect and Mutual interests.
