A crane fell on a bridge in northwest Cairo while placing a boat on the river dock, leaving no casualties, according to Youm7.
“The collision collapsed a railing on the bridge, and felled a light post,” Mostafa Helmy, the director of North Cairo Traffic department, told Youm7.
Pictures of the crane turned over in the middle of the street, and damages to the fence of the bridge were provided by Mohamed Meza, a reader who sent the pictures via Youm7’s WhatsApp service.
