A Canadian passenger aboard a flight from Addis Ababa to Ireland fell ill, forcing the plane to make an emergency landing in Cairo Tuesday, airport sources told Youm7.
Medical services boarded the plane in Cairo, and tended to the unnamed passenger, 39, who refused to disembark the plane and go to the hospital.
After a stay of 2 and a half hours in Cairo the plane resumed its journey.
