Ernesto "Che" Guevara born on June 14, 1928 died -assassinated- on October 9, 1967; commonly known as el Che or simply Che, was an Argentine Marxist revolutionary, physician, author, guerilla leader, diplomat, and military theorist. A major figure of the Cuban Revolution, his stylized visage has become a ubiquitous counter-cultural symbol of rebellion and global insignia in popular culture. He visited Egypt on 1956 and received by R.I.P. Ex-president Nasser, (documentary video clip about this visit still available on Youtube). As a young medical student, Guevara travelled throughout South America and was radicalised by the poverty, hunger, and disease he witnessed, his burgeoning desire to help overturn what he saw as the capitalist exploitation of Latin America by the United States prompted his involvement in Guatemala's social reforms solidified Guevara's political ideology as Marxist.
Later, in Mexico City, he met Raúl and Fidel Castro, joined their 26th of July Movement, and sailed to Cuba aboard the yacht, Granma, with the intention of overthrowing U.S.-backed Cuban dictator Fulgencio Batista. Guevara soon rose to prominence among the insurgents, was promoted to second-in-command, and played a pivotal role in the victorious two-year guerilla campaign that deposed the Batista regime.Following the Cuban Revolution, Guevara performed a number of key roles in the new government. These included reviewing the appeals and firing squads for those convicted as war criminals during the revolutionary tribunals, instituting agrarian land reform as minister of industries, helping spearhead a successful nationwide literacy campaign, serving as both national bank president and instructional director for Cuba's armed forces, and traversing the globe as a diplomat on behalf of Cuban socialism. Note I’ve mentioned earlier above his visit to Egypt! Such positions also allowed him to play a central role in training the militia forces who repelled the Bay of Pigs Invasion and bringing the Soviet nuclear-armed ballistic missiles to Cuba which precipitated the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis. Additionally, he was a prolific writer and diarist, composing a seminal manual on guerilla warfare, along with a best-selling memoir about his youthful continental motorcycle journey. His experiences and studying of Marxism–Leninism led him to posit that the Third World's underdevelopment and dependence was an intrinsic result of imperialism, neocolonialism, and monopoly capitalism, with the only remedy being proletarian internationalism and world revolution.
Note The words capitalism, imperialism were widely adopted by Nasser and his regime, as well Marxism-Leninism was closely seen as atheism because of the famous saying “Religion is the opium of people” which is what we call now POLITICAL RELIGION. I guess that Lenin never meant to be Atheist - to the best of my knowledge, Russians are true Christian Orthodox - it might be a miss-expression from Lenin who knows? But was well used by imperialistic forces to counter attack a clear and present danger on capitalism.
Guevara left Cuba in 1965 to foment revolution abroad, first unsuccessfully in Congo-Kinshasa and later in Bolivia, where he was captured by CIA-assisted Bolivian forces and summarily executed. And this is why I said at the beginning died -assassinated- on October 9, 1967 and not executed cause to me this was a CIA plot to get rid of a permanent headache called Che Guevara, born in Argentine gone to Cuba, Guatemala, Congo-Kinshasa and later in Bolivia, where he was captured by CIA-assisted Bolivian forces, he become an International figure of third world freedom calling countries, even in Egypt we saw people calling themselves as Egyptian Guevara, they had to cut off this permanent headache!
In Egypt upon January 25, 2011 events we saw people nominated a Egyptian Guevara that is to me a malicious use of well respected figures in history to gain popularity at the account of Guevara, it might be just for popularity, or a plot by the enemies of Egypt to infiltrate their spies and agents, who knows? May be our intelligence do but keep it secret for security reasons!
Now back to Egypt, as we see and I’ve already said it more than once, history does not repeat itself but we humans repeat old scenarios as is or modified hopping to attend better results, the game from my point of view is capitalism versus socialism who wins who controls to kill socialism it was tied to Marxist, Atheism, and all that is nothing but the old game that Europe on the 18th century revolted against the Church, Church is not the Parliament neither the White office nor our Government or the Lords Common in UK!
Again and again the Mosque is not the house of commons in any country including the Top Muslim Protector Saudi Arabia the Ruler is the KING NOT THE PREIST!
I’ve included it in my words above but now I repeat it clear and bolt Socialist does not equal Marxism and both are not meant to be ATHEYSM! The Nasser security forces were sensitive to any Marxist = Atheist this is a crime for an Islamic Country! Obviously thyat sentence was meaningless first I’ve never seen a country praying in a Mosque or Church or even a temple; secondly how my believes could be a national security issue? On the contrary a true believer is the best defence for a country! This ideology was used with Sadat too, he decided to fight back Marxism with Muslim Brotherhood that ended up killing him NOT MARXISM!
Marxism is a Social system where rich guys help poor ones now tell me a religion does not ask you to do that moreover, the religion asks you to donate regardless of your winnings or living level you have to donate 10% of your income regardless of the figure of that income 1$ like a million £ you pay 10%, not like some economical systems imposing taxes according to your winnings!
Bottom line as we said it before time after time Politics not = Religion and be aware all wrong doing practices are non religious paying bribes not = donation to poor people, fellow Egyptians we all have one God we pray for he is asking us to be nice to each other but not hypocrites please make the right choice when voting this is our country that God asked us to love and he blessed it as well!
