Pope Francis meets with representative of the Coptic Orthodox Church

Pope Francis received on Saturday representative of the Coptic Orthodox Church, Bishop Pernaba on the sidelines of meetings of the Vatican Council.

 

Father Poulos Halim, spokesman for the Coptic Church, said that abba Pernaba attends Vatican Council meetings as representatives of the Coptic Church. 

 

For his part, Pope Francis expressed his appreciation to His Holiness Pope Tawadros II.
