America formed an International Alliance, consisting of 40 countries, to fight ISIS. Yet, this alliance needed more than 40 years to fight this ISIS. Thus, the two leaders and their consultants and intelligence realized that America is supporting ISIS by both information and weapons. This ISIS will attack the gulf countries including the Saudi Arabia.
Therefore, Russia had to move in order to save the region in general and Egypt in particular. Egypt hit IS in Libya after it has slain several Egyptians in Libya. However, Syria has become the main target for the terrorists that support the opposing in Syria, but Assad has stood against them in order to protect his country. Saudi Arabia continued to support the terrorists against Assad with many other forces that seek the destruction of the region.
