I feel really embarrassed and never thought of a day I would have to ask my readers –if I do have any followers- to excuse me as I'm unable to write or concentrate on the subject I was planning to write about it and it is so vital as elections are being closer by the minute, just few hours ago our president was speaking about it!
Well first let me explain what happen; I live in 1 room flat that until recently had no windows, how come? Well R.I.P. the owner of the house, with costs of living rising without limits, decided to improve his income at the expense of my flat cutting off 2 rooms with windows to convert them to stores for rent and added an inner space as a room without windows to compensate the cut off space!
For my luck one of the stores was rented to a barber that fell into arguments about the water bill used and ended up refusing to pay the rent so that store –originally a room in my flat- end up being returned to me and I start having a window that did not improve the aeration in the flat but made a difference and I still had to depend on a ceiling fan most times of the year, moreover, since the spring starts until almost end of autumn the fun runs to the maximum speed even when I'm not home!
Well usually by the end of summer when climate becomes cooler the speed of the fun is gradually reduced but never off cause I usually leave Egypt some time around November!
This year with high rates of humidity I could not stand being in the bathroom to shave or take a shower, usually Kitchens and Bathrooms are the hottest spots in a house! For me it was a real HELL!
As October started humidity was unstable, for days you think we are still in August, then you realize humidity was down you did not sweat as usual, but you still uncertain for how long this improved temperature could last? Then finally I was caught in the middle going to bed is still hot but upon dawn while I'm deeply sleeping temperatures go down and got a severe FLU sneezing coughing and too weak to do anything about it, worst, I had no medicines for the flu or the cold and for 3 days I was sleeping or weak up to cough and keep coughing sometimes to sneeze or both sneezing would cause coughs and vice versa!
If I had not surrender my life to the Almighty for protection and defense, who knows what a FLU could develop without any due medical attention?
As per Psalm 91 God said:-
However is in trouble I'll be with him!
I will rescue them and Honor them …
Yes indeed thank you God you saved my life after 3 days without any medical attention then 3 more days slowly recovering taking medications and remaining under Jesus Protection but seriously unable to concentrate on the subject I was planning to write this week's article! I tried to the best of my ability to explain what happened, it was never intended to take a SICK LEAVE neither I ever used this right at work, I'll try my best to catch up next week, may God keep Blessing Egypt and Egyptians, and peace be with you all!
