Diocese of Qena started on Thursday the celebration of the feast of St. George at his monastery in Mahrousa village.
HE Abba Charopim, Bishop of Qena, perfumed the remains of the saint at the beginning of the celebrations.
The celebrations last till November 17th, which is the date of the feast.
