During his current visit to Japan, Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met with the President of the Japanese parliament to discuss the relations between the two countries.
Shoukry thanked the Japanese government for supporting Egypt in several development projects including the subway and the Grand Egyptian museum.
President of the Japanese parliament announced the support of his country to the Egyptian efforts in fighting terrorism and the renewal of religious discourse by al-Azhar institution.
