Abba Rafael, General Bishop of Churches in Midtown Cairo and secretary of the Holy Synod arrived to Amsterdam on a pastoral care visit to the Coptic Church there. He was received by Abba Arsany, Bishop of the Netherlands.
He met with 600 Coptic youth in the Netherlands and ordained the first priest in the diocese.
