Dr. Sabri Ebada, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf, said that Muslim scholars agreed to Al-Azhar fatwa that nobody dares to call members of the Islamic State infidels.
He added that they may commit sins of killing and violence, but they are not infidels.
