Abba Agathon, Bishop of Maghagha, reopened the Church of St. George and St. Philopatir in Minya.
The armed forces have reconstructed the church after it was burned by supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood after the dispersal of Rabaa Adawia and Nahda sit-ins.
The opening celebration was attended by governor of Minya and several officials in the governorate.
