Once the member of the parliament Tawfik Okasha hosted the ambassador of Israel in his house and all the media and politician criticized him like crazy. Even more there are some voices calling to eliminate him from the parliament.
What a Hypocrite society! All media and politician were trying to convince themselves and deceive us by saying that we are boycotting Israel and we are not allowed to have any cooperation with Israel.
In the beginning I didn’t write this article to defend Tawfik Okasha, but to explain how Hypocrite we are. The reason all media and politician were saying as a claim to refuse this action is because Okasha hosted the ambassador of Israel in his house.
I want to tell all Egyptian that Egypt hosts the ambassador of Israel in its land. So if you want to be straight forward and boycott Israel, it should be from the Top to bottom not from bottom to the Top.
Any Member of Parliament has the right to meet any Politian from other country as long as you are not in a war with this country. Egypt on contrary has a peace agreement with Israel and that means that there is nothing prevent you from meeting or talking to any person from this country but unfortunately we like to be Hypocrite.
