Dr Hilali Sherbini, Minister of Education, opened investigation to case of Coptic principal Mirvat Sefin, who was promoted to a school principal, but students demonstrated against the appointment of a Christian principal.
The Minister said during his meeting with several members of the Parliament that there are several violations in her file that prevents her from taking such responsibility.
For her part, Mervat Sefin said that some officials in the minister are inciting against her only because she is Christian.
