Judge Magdy Agati said that Egypt will abandon hamayouni decree since it doesn’t make sense that churches seek presidential decree in order to restore bathrooms.
He explained that this hamayouni decree is applied in Egypt since 1856. However, it will be nullified by the new unified law of building houses of worship.
