Police in Qena gave a temporary permission to the church of ST. Mary in Rahmania village, Dishna Diocese, to pray after it was closed since 1990.
It’s worth mentioning that the church was built in 1930, but police closed it in 1990 claiming it has no permission.
Christians have been trying to reopen the church after they became more than 15.000 Coptic Christians in the village.
