Bishop Makarios, bishop in Minya, said that Copts accepted to reconcile with Muslims in Abu Jacoub village in Minya after the Muslims apologized for what they did and offered to compensate the victims.
He added that this happened for the first time and therefore the Copts agreed to wavier the cases and accept reconciliation.
