Churches building law is composed on eight articles, as seven articles organize the building and renovation of churches, while one article is to legalize existing churches, said representative of Egypt’s Catholic Church Gameel Halim on Tuesday.
He added, in press statement, that the current existing churches are considered licensed after making sure of their constructional structure, saying that the draft law decided not to close any churched or suspend the religious rituals.
