Coptic Patriarch, Pope Tawadros II inaugurated Tuesday a conference for Egyptian priests in the Gulf states and their wives in St. Bishoy Monastery, Youm7 reported.
The conference discusses the challenges facing the priests and the ways to confront them.
The conference witnessed participation from the Coptic Church’s priests in Emirates, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar.
A number of Coptic clerics are scheduled to deliver lectures during the conference, including Bishop Benjamin of Menofia and Bishop Yolios of Old Cairo.
