Abba Paula, Bishop of Tanta, said that Coptic churches have signed the final draft of building churches law.
Gamil Halim, the Legal Counsel of the Catholic Church, said that the law consists of eight articles to legalize building new churches. It gives the governors 4 month to examine the requests.
