Parliament’s religious committee recommended generalizing the churches building law to include all worship places in Egypt, Youm7 reported on Monday.
The committee’s chairman Osama Al-Abd said, during the currently-held meeting, that he submitted a proposal to the legislative and constitutional affairs committee to implement the law on all worship places.
He added that his committee considers the draft law to refer its recommendations to the other committees scheduled to discuss the new law.
