MP Magdy Melek rebuked the parliamentary decision to refer the churches building law to the religious committee, saying that such a law should be discussed by the legislative committee not the religious one, Youm7 reported on Monday.
The parliamentarian expressed his fears over potential obstacles or “defective” articles aiming to impede the building or innovation of churches, stressing that all parliamentarians have the right to discuss the new law.
