President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi has sent a message to his Palestinian counterpart Mahmoud Abbass, assuring his that support of the Palestinian cause always comes on Egypt’s the top of foreign agenda, according to the Palestinian News and Info Agency (WAFA) Thursday.
Sisi’s message was a reply to Abbas’s cable of congratulation in the 64th anniversary of Egyptian Revolution of July 23.
