Nile Delta’sBeheira Governor Deputy Nadia Abdel Ilah announced that the governorate has framed a plan to face rain floods that could hit the villages in winter to avoid repeating crisis.
In November 2015, dozens of people were killed and others were injured after rainfall and floods drowned villages in the governorate.
