Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull invited Sunday President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi to visit his country to be the first visit of Egyptian President to Australia, said Egypt’s Presidential Spokesperson Alaa Youssef in a statement Monday.
Sisi met with Turnbull on the sidelines of the China-held G20 Summit Monday, discussing the cooperative bilateral relations. Turnbull also has accepted Sisi’s invitation to visit Egypt.
