The House of Representatives will study a proposal to join the dwarfs to the bracket of the people with special needs as away to avoid marginalizing them, Youm7 reported Parliament’s Social Solidarity Committee member Hassan Abu el-Wafa Monday evening.
He added that the new law of people with special needs gives many advantages, including health insurance and exemption from the recently passed Value-Added Value Tax law.
