Egyptian writer and scenarist Medhat al-Adl announced he started writing a film about former Coptic Pope Shenouda III, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark See.
He added that his life was full of incidents that form good material of a movie.
Pope had studied Pharaonic and Islamic history as well as modern history. Moreover, he was a great poet and writer, joined the army, and was imprisoned for political reasons.
