The west Tanta prosecution decided on Monday ordered the detention of ten people, allegedly belong to the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood group, for 15 days pending investigations over violence related charges, Youm7 reported.
The ten defendants face numerous charges including inciting violence, rioting and joining a banned group that aims to disrupt the Egyptian constitutions.
The incidents took place in Egypt’s Gharbia governorate following the ouster of Islamist president Mohamed Morsi in 2013.
