Council of Episcopal churches said that the Church has a role to face poverty, the use of violence and human trafficking in the world.
This came during the meeting of the Episcopal churches at the cathedral of all Saints in Zamalek.
The meeting was attended by 100 personalities from various countries, and Dr. Bishop Mounir Hanna Anis, Archbishop of the Episcopal community in Egypt, was elected president of the council for the third time.
