Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi praised on Monday the "courage" of Sudan's President Omar Al-Bashir as a statesman in taking decisive actions for the interests of Sudan.
El-Sisi, during the televised closing session of Sudan's Dialogue Conference in Khartoum, said he "trusts the wisdom and abilities" of the Sudanese leadership in achieving the goals of the conference.
The conference aims to draft a new Sudanese national constitution.
The Egyptian president also expressed his satisfaction with the outcomes of last week's high committee meetings held between the two countries in Cairo.
Al-Bashir and El-Sisi signed fifteen memoranda of understanding on the sidelines of the meetings in various fields, including commerce, education, tourism, economy, transportation and agriculture.
