Egypt was knwon long time as one of the most countries produce sugar, however, the shortge in sugar supply lately shows the turndown happened in this industry. The main peoblem in this crisis from my view is that the government failed to even talk about this problem and explain the causes and the options to solve it.
I can't imagine that a country with a big potential like egypt can suffer from a simple problem like this. if Egypt could solve the electric problem in less than one year how can't solve a simple problem like sugar supply.
Having said that, I don't believe that the problem is in the sugar supply, I lean to believe its management problem. The prime minister was silent, the minister of supply was also silent. I can say that all cabinet was silent and they didn't utter a word during this crisis.
Unfortunatelly, The crisis will continue to happen as long as we will continue to manage with the same way. It doesn't mean that there are not other factors play a role in Egypt's crisis such as the monopoly of the goods fromt he traders themselves.
In conclusion, I want to assure that most of Egypt's problems are due to Egyptian's behaviours and authority management to any crisis and without working in both, Egypt will continue to suffer fromdifferent crisis.
