ISIS Observatory under Al-Azhar supervision said that ISIS thinks Islamic Caliphate is limited to murder, wearing niqab and imposing circumcision on women.
It added that real Islam doesn’t encourage people to fight or start war and doesn’t force people to convert into Islam.
